We started as a Downtown Boulder restaurant and music venue. After several years, we starting branch out into catering special events. We absolutely fell in love with creating unique and very special experiences with each event. Since that time, we have created a separate beautiful business with Trilogy organic catering and event planning. Trilogy Catering is owned by triplet sisters that have been working together in the food business for over 12 years.
